Andi Eigenmann discussed a fun activity that she did with her daughter Lilo and shared a story of dealing with her fears and worries as a mom.
In her Instagram post, she said that they went swimming in the rock pool. A rock pool is described as a shallow pool of water along the shoreline.
Andi explained that she observed what her daughter will do, especially swimming in the rock pool is new to Lilo.

"Swimming in the rock pool was new to her (as a toddler) so before jumping in to join her, I wanted to see what she'd do.
Andi said that after observing for a while, Lilo was eager to swim.
"She was so steady and calm, carefully observing her surroundings. She quickly noticed all the colorful fish swimming underneath her (cus the water here is just that clear!), and for some reason, that's when she realised she was safe to tread about and enjoy swimming with all the fishies!"
The celebrity mom shared that most people believe that she doesn't get nervous when it comes to her kids' activities. She explained that she only keeps what she feels to not hold her kids back.
"Contrary to what people assume, I do get nervous when my kids try things for the first time. But I do my best to keep it to myself because it wouldn't be fair to hold them back just because of my own fears and worries."
Andi ended her post with a lesson about believing in her kids.
She said, "If we believe in our kids, they'll believe in themselves too. Besides, the more risks we allow them to take, [it] teach them to take care of themselves."
